As a kid, Antony was tall and thin--perfect for others to bully. This inspired him to pursue bodybuilding later on in life. 

For 3 years, he worked hard to build and develop his body while also working as a financial advisor in a private company. Eventually, he quit his day job and decided to do what he loves. He has now been a part of the fitness industry for 8 years and is a bodybuilding coach for Total Shape. 

Antony is also an active advocate of loving your body, especially to young adults. His lifelong mission is to create a world where no kid will experience bullying and a world where acceptance is the norm. 

In his spare time, he frequently goes out with friends either fishing or golfing.
